Jessie L. Staples

Funeral services for Jessie L. Staples will be held at 2 p.m. today at True Vine Missionary Baptist Church.

Burial will be in the True Vine Cemetery. The Rev. Dewayne Fulton will officiate.

Visitation was held from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday at West Memorial Funeral Home, which is handling the arrangements.

Mr. Staples died Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2007, on Hardy-Billups Road in Columbus. He was 47. A Lowndes County native, he was a construction worker and a Baptist.
