S.N. Brown

Graveside funeral services for S.N. Brown will be held at 2 p.m. 
Wednesday at Oktibbeha Memorial Park. Dr. Steve N. Brown and the Rev.
Prentiss Gordon will officiate.Mr. Brown died Sunday, Dec. 8, 2002, at
 O'Brian's Personal Care Home in Starkville. He was 86. 

A Vance native, he was a former superintendent of 
education in Humphreys County and worked in administration with funding 
at Wood College in Mathiston. He was a member of First United 
Methodist Church.He is preceded in death by his wife Erline Gore Brown.
Memorial donations may be made to First United Methodist Church, the
American Cancer Society, Wood College or to St. Luke Church, 1085 
Green Street Circle, Gainesville, GA 30501.
