Mrs. Ada Butts

Mrs. Ada Butts, wife of Mr. J. D. Butts, died at their home No. 720 
North 7th street at 11:30o'clock Thursday night after an illness of 
ten days with congestion of the brain.

Mrs. Butts was 45 years old.  She was a devoted wife and consistant 
member of the Methodist Church.

The funeral services were conducted by Dr. Shoaff and the remains
were carried to Artesia and interred at 3:30 o'clock PM Friday.
