C. S. Mullins. Interment was in the cemetery there. Mr. Fulgham was born May 18, 1869 in Choctaw County. A member of the Baptist church, he was surrounded by a great number of friends and lived a Christian life. He is survived by six children, Lonnie Fulgham of Maben, Ollie Fulgham of Sturgis, Willie Fulgham of Leachville, Ark.k, Shelly Fulgham and Arthur Fulgham, both of Collins, Arkansas.
