Starkville News Dated 11-16-1928 Distressing Accident Results in Death Mr. Jimmie Fulgham, well known citizen and saw mill man of western Oktibbeha county, died last Saturday at the Starkville Hospital from the effects of an injury received while operating his mill. From the best information that could be gathered, it seems that the circular saw broke while in motion and a small piece struck Mr. Fulgham in the head penetrating his brain. He was immediately brought to the hospital but died within twelve hours after the accident. Mr. Fulgham, was about 25 years of age and leaves a wife and three small children. He is a son of Mr. Jim Fulgham, of the Double Springs neighborhood and a grandson of the late Philip Fulgham, one of the best known citizens of the county.
