Gaddis, Wayne Quinton - 
79 of Starkville, MS, retired professor of Mathematics at Mississippi State University, died in St. Mary's 
Hospital in Knoxville, TN on August 16, 2006. Mr. Gaddis was born in Lee County and was a WW II 
Navy Veteran. Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, August 19 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Welch Funeral 
Home. Funeral Services are scheduled for Saturday, August 19, 2006 @1p.m.in the Welch Funeral Home 
Chapel, Starkville, MS. Services will be officiated by Rev. Danny Rowland. Burial will follow the service 
in Memorial Park Gardens. Mr. Gaddis is survived by his daughter, Merry Wayne Gaddis of Knoxville, 
TN; son, David Gaddis and his wife, Kim of Knoxville, TN; grandson, James Gaddis; and granddaughter, 
Sara Gaddis. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Jewell Peterson Gaddis. Memorial Donations 
made to the American Heart Association or Mississippi State University Building Fund.
