Self-Creek Resident is Buried Last Sunday at Double Springs
Died 03/15/1941 (Self Creek Cemetery)

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon for Walter Hendrix, 
73-year old resident of Self Creek, who died Friday in Oktibbeha
Hospital.

Burial was in Double Springs Cemetery.

Besides his wife he is survived by two sons, Ernest Hendrix of
Sturgis and Horace Hendrix of Self Creek, and three daughters,
Mrs. Albert L. Reeves of Sturgis, Mrs. Tom Crowe of Drew, and
Mrs. Pope of Self-Creek.

Mr. Hendrix had lived the greater part of his life in Oktibbeha County.
He was a member of the Self Creek Baptist Church.
