died at Oktibbeha County Hospital on July 24, 
2006.  Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, July 26, 2006 
from 6:00-9:00 P.M. at Welch Funeral Home 
and on Thursday, July 27, 2006 from 1:00-2:00 P.M. 
at First Baptist.  

Funeral services are scheduled for 
Thursday, July 27, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at First Baptist 
Church in Starkville, officiated by Rev. Tom Daniel. 
Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Dubuque, 
Iowa. Memorial donations may be made to the 
American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's 
Research Hospital.
