Jackson, William Terrell - 

62 passed away in his home in Starkville on August 9, 2006. 

He was a former policeman for the city of Starkville and 
retired from Oktibbeha County where he worked in maintenance. 

Visitation is scheduled for Friday, August 11 at Welch Funeral 
Home from 5:00-8:00 p.m.  Funeral Services are scheduled for 
Saturday, August 12, 2006, at 10 a.m. at Welch Funeral in Starkville. 

Services will be officiated by Matthew Myers. 

Burial will be in the Sturgis Cemetery. 

Memorial donations may be made to Calvary 
Baptist Church in Starkville. 

Mr. Jackson is survived by his wife, Joyce Jackson of Starkville; sons, 
William Kendall Jackson of Plano, Texas, Tracy Glen Jackson of 
Starkville, Justin Walker of Smithville, and Jerry Dale Walker of
 Amory; daughter, Pam Powe of Starkville; mother, Maudine 
Vickers Jackson of Sturgis; brother, Ralph Jackson of Ackerman;
 sister, Vicki Lowery of Starkville; grandsons, Marcus Jackson
 and Will Jackson; granddaughters, Amanda Jackson, Samantha 
Jackson, Melissa Jackson, Layne Jackson, Peyton Jackson and 
Sarah Powe. 

Mr. Jackson was preceded in death by his father, M.T. 
Jackson; brother, Don Jackson; son, Robert Marcus Jackson.
