Starkville News 4-23-1943 Mrs. L. P. Kemp is Laid to Rest Died Suddenly Following Heart Attack; Was Sixty-Eight Years Old Funeral services for Mrs. L. P. Kemp, who died suddenly at her home here were held Tuesday, April 13, conducted by Dr. J. R. Countiss, pastor of the Methodist Church, assisted by Dr. J. D. Ray, pastor of the Baptist Church. Burial was in Odd Fellows cemetery. Mrs. Kemp was 68 years old and died following a heart attack Sunday morning, April 11. She is survived by a son, L. W. Kemp of Starkville, three daughters, Mrs. J.
