5-9-1970 Services for Lewis Today Funeral services for Belton Young Lewis will be held at 10am Saturday at the Center Grove Baptist Church, with burial in the Double Springs Cemetery. Mr. Lewis, who was 47, died in a truck-tractor accident on Highway 82 Thursday. He operated a grocery store in the Center Grove Community near Maben. He was a member of the Center Grove Baptist Church, a veteran of World War II, a Mason, and a member of the Order of Eastern Star. Survivors of Mr. Lewis include his wife, Mrs. Katie Lou Lewis of Maben; two daughters, Mrs. Jimmy Tant of Starkville and Miss Donna Jean Lewis of Maben; a son Ted Alan Lewis of Maben; four sisters, Mrs. J. Y. Turner and Mrs. Donald Faulkner, both of Starkville, Mrs. Tom Frank Holland of Buffalo, NY and Mrs. Claude Cunningham of Indianopolis, Indiana; three brothers, L. D. Lewis, Jack Lewis and Rufus Lewis, all of Maben. Oliver Funeral Home of Eupora is in charge of arrangements.
