Neely, Decima Pate - 

95,a retired employee of the Oktibbeha County School District, died in the
 Oktibbeha County Hospital on September 8, 2006.  Visitation is scheduled 
for September 9, 2006 at Welch Funeral Home, Starkville, MS from 5-7 p.m. 


Services are scheduled for Sunday, September 10, 2006 @4 p.m., at 
Self Creek Baptist Church. Services will be officiated by Rev. Don 
Vaughn. Burial will be in the Self Creek Cemetery. 

Mrs. Neely is survived by her daughter, Connie G. Vaughn, Starkville, 
MS; stepdaughter, Bervis Patterson and husband, Winfred of Calhoun 
City; five grandchidren and nine great-grandchildren.
