Lula Oswalt Another soul has gone forth to meet its Judge and is now trying the realities of an unknown world. Lula, the beloved and devoted wife of Arthur Oswalt, died June 7 1910. She was a devoted wife, daughter, and sister and was loved by all who knew her. All that human hands could do was done, but God said: "It is enough, come up higher;" and her sweet spirit was wafted, and now she is basking in the sunshine of our Savior's love on the banks of sweet Deliverance. To know her was to love her, for she was a swweet Christian girl, and it is hard to give her up, yet we know that our loss is Heaven's gain. She is now watching at the beautiful gate for the loved ones and is waiting to clasp hands with dear ones. We wonder why she was taken, yet we bow our heads in humble submission to the Omnipotent, who doeth all things well. May this affliction be a means to draw us nearer Him who died that we might live and keep us ever in the path of duty.
