5-20-1970			Simmons Rites Set

Funeral services for Mrs. Charlie Ann Hood Simmons, who died Friday at Felix 
Long Hospital after a lengthy illness, will be held Thursday at 2 PM from the 
Second Baptist Church where she was a member.

Mrs. Simmons, who was 65, was born in Rock Hill.

The Rev. J. H. Robinson will officiate, and burial will be in the Joseph Creek 
Cemetery three miles west of Starkville.  Mississippi Fruneral Service had charge.

Surviviors include two daughters, Mrs. Ada McKell and Mrs. Sarah Townsend, 
both of Nashville; four sons, Riddley Rich and Walker Harris, both of Starkville 
and William Rich and Charlie Simmons, both of Cleveland, Ohio 36 grandchildren 
and ten great-grandchildren.
